Employment History

2009-201 iJam Music School, INc.

0 Director. Developed and manage iJam Music School, a

non-profit music school for musicians between the

ages of 8 to 18. I was directly responsible for

creating the curriculum, staff recruitment,

development of marketing materials, including the

website and print advertising and press releases. I

created all training materials for support staff

and students. I developed relationships with local

media representatives and city organizations to

promote the school. I negotiated a partnership

between iJam Music School and host facilities to

provide venues for our programs and for our summer

camp music program. I developed and managed a

volunteer program to provide volunteer credit for

high school aged students who wish to volunteer for

the camp. I was directly responsible for

completing and submitting Articles of

Incorporation and 501(c)3 applications. I developed

9 Web Developer. Developed and maintained Being

First, Inc.'s internet marketing strategy.

Developed series of websites, including

beingfirst.com, changeleadersroadmap.com, and

changeresources.com. Lead developer for web

application changeleadersroadmap.com. Initially

built as a PHP/MySQL application. Eventually

evolved into an ASP.NET application for licensed

users and Being First, Inc. partners, which include

Microsoft, many Canadian government organizations,

and several Fortune 500 companies.

Developed several LAMP-based online survey

applications, including interface design, email

alerts, and PHP/SWF reporting. Developed web-based

and PowerPoint presentations for custom training

projects. Provided web support for all marketing

efforts.

1997-200 Darryl L. Sink & Associates, Inc., Monterey, CA.

9 Information Technology Manager. Developed and

maintained a comprehensive FileMaker Pro database

to manage client information, accounting, contract

management, workshop registration and scheduling.

Managed accounts receivable, invoicing, marketing

and workshop registration reports. Developed data

input and reporting procedures and programming to

streamline the processes and allow small office

team to manage large projects. Provided consulting

services regarding the information technology

requirements for several custom training

development projects for Fortune 200 companies,

such as HP, VERITAS, and Levi Strauss. Developed

web-based and PowerPoint presentation materials for

custom training development projects and for custom

sales presentations. As a team member for large

web-based training projects for HP and VERITAS,

provided HTML and Javascript coding, graphics

editing and copyediting. Served as Project Manager

for courseWriter software upgrade development

(courseWriter is a software package designed for

instructional designers to assist them in the

initial stages of course development).

Provided ongoing support to VP, Marketing,

especially with regard to improving company's

and development service. Created custom PHP/MySQL

programming for online applications including

e-commerce interactions, form processing, email

list management and loan calculators. Served as

lead developer on custom web site projects.

by the agency's professional staff, interns and

practicum students (database conformed to DSM-IV

standards and included features to facilitate

intern training), and 3.) an Alcohol Use Assessment

database for scoring and tracking student

information on three alcohol use questionnaires

(features included outcome reports and charts, and

allowed for students to enter their own data).
