* Managed product life cycle of International and Regional Distributor
web extranet. Liaised between IT, International, Sales, Marketing,

serviced over 600 global sales reps. Product launch brought sales

Consultant - Strategy
* Coordinated organization-wide strategic planning and annual budget for
fiscal year 2010-2011; across 6 Divisions, 80 Departments, and $30
Million operating budget.
* Acted as consultant to senior management, to directly manage 8
departments (including Marketing, Media/Web Services, Events,
Customers Service, Bookstore, Record Label, and Publishing).
The Exodus, Los Angeles - Non-Denominational Church Plant, Los Angeles, CA
(2001-2009)
Managing Director/Pastor
* Directed the start-up of a church plant, including 501.c(3) status,
vision casting, organizational structure, and leadership recruiting
and development. Responsible for weekly messaging, facilitation of
meetings, and spiritual health of 40 individuals.
* Led a 6 member aid/relief team, in response to the devastation wrought
by Hurricane Katrina, to assist in the restoration of neighborhoods
near the 9th Ward (most heavily damaged) district of New Orleans.
Assisted in the strategic establishment of a Mobile Relief Unit, an
outpost facility used to distribute food and supplies to victims who
have decided to stay and rebuild their neighborhoods.
