goal setting and tracking and employee scheduling.

then offering and executing a number of solutions to meet
those needs. This included reasonable hardware and
software upgrades and repairs as well as assisting customers in new PC
purchases with recommendations for Security Software and
Internet Service.

a variety of Operating Systems from Windows XP to
Vista. This included configuring and Troubleshooting many
different consumer applications (Security Software, Microsoft Office,
