I was involved with field inspection and documentation of existing
systems size, condition, and capabilities to ascertain if current code
requirements can be met.
Additionally, I assisted with review and evaluation of reports to bring
those systems up to code including: connecting new reheat coils and
ductwork to outside air handlers; relocating water reheat coils to
provide optimum zone temperature control; adding exhaust fans to increase
facility's ability to handle exhaust requirements; and, insure current
fire and smoke dampers met the current code requirements.

I assisted in seismic upgrade to meet current Uniform Building Code
values of a 25-year-old, 128,000 square foot light manufacturing
building. I have in-depth knowledge in construction phases and
