Manage fiscal and strategic aspects for six related entities; companies

formed at various times between 2002 and 2008; the following is a sample of

. Generated a system to determine combined entity snapshots of overall
financial status; the CEO relies on this to make financial decisions
. Transitioned "books" to GAAP to eliminate previous accounting errors
. Formed new entities and reshaped CEO's wealth structure to capitalized on
entity-specific tax code
. Wrote/Implemented HR policies and procedures (e.g., standards of conduct,
harassment, injury and illness prevention program, employee guidebook,
employment application, etc.) to eliminate ambiguities that are often

office for a $100 million-dollar, multinational dental company; the local
site had 12 employees, and there were roughly 300 worldwide. The following

. Forecasted inventory usage for roughly 2000 products to establish cost
projections and implement reorder points and was effectively able to
reduce stock outs from 12% to less than 1%
. Performed competitor pricing and product analysis to create sales pricing
packages that became Bien Air's primary marketing tool.
. Managed and supported 20 sales representatives and helped them
successfully build the company
. Wrote policies and procedures for accounting department for all
accounting system modules and trained staff on usage; this resulted in
significant decreases in entry errors
