performance of Integrated Receiver and Decoder (IRD)

products. Emphasis on HD DVR (Digital Video Recorder) and

standard recorder models operating in a Single Wire

Multiswitch (SWM) RF communication network environment, tuner

characteristics and DC properties.

. Develop and implement test setups and techniques to validate

hardware and middleware functionality of the products.

Improve and update current test procedures to reflect new

product features or specifications.

. Perform RF and hardware tests on prototype IRD models to

evaluate the current product functionality. Collaborate with

design and manufacturing groups to debug and resolve

potential errors and defects.
