professionally at all times. I train them how to provide proper customer service and how to
avoid customer conflict. Also, I teach them how to use PDA’s and how to use the computer to
perform some of their daily job tasks. On the computer they learn how to print labels,
planograms, sale signs and ads. I also teach them how to use a Forklift, Crown, Wave, Baler and
Power Jack. Along with being trained on the sales floor, they are also tested online to ensure
proper training which involves the usage of Windows Vista. After properly training and testing
them I have to file their paperwork and results in Target’s Computer System.
