supervisors on all shifts. Lead 95 employees, including three group
leaders, in operating butter packaging lines and equipment. Determine
and plan the production staffing process for the facility. Oversee
hiring, performance reviews, resource planning and scheduling.
Collaborate with, motivate and coach the production, maintenance,
quality and sanitation teams to meet daily and weekly production
plans. Work with all departments to assure quality and timely
production to meet business demands. Complete production scheduling
and make adjustments as necessary. Report progress to the plant
manager.
. Creating a cross functional pass-down meeting to communicate and
plan the daily production goals, status reports and coordination
across shifts, improving productivity and ability to make
adjustments to the schedule to assure goals are met.
. Implemented a new rotating work schedule (24/7) improving
