Detail Oriented Customer Service Specialist
I am seeking a position that makes use of my skills and potential. I am a
self-starter, who can handle multiple projects at a time. My honesty and
company loyalty will be a great asset to any employer. My target job title
is Customer Service, alternately Retail Sales. I have the ability to
listen and discern solutions to problems and complaints.
Experience:
2010 I worked for the US Census as an LCO Clerk. I assembled kits to be
sent out to the field and inspected them when they returned for accuracy
and completeness.
2008-2009 I am a substitute teacher for the Pomona Unified School District.
This is a part-time position. I substitute mostly at the high school
level.
2004-2008 I was working for Aircraft International Service Group (ASIG) at
LAX. I was a baggage handler and sorter for the various airlines.
2/00-8/04 I was a cashier for Kroger in Marietta, Georgia. I handled
sales, money, customer complaints, and a varied work schedule.
5/99-2/00 I did floor replenishment for the Sears Outlet Store in Smyrna,
Georgia. I replaced sold merchandise with back stock.
3/98-5-99 I was an Inventory Auditor for R.G.I.S. in Marietta, Georgia. I
was a part of a team responsible for the physical inventory of retail
stores.
7/96-3/99 I managed store display in a Sears in Smyrna, Georgia.
9/95-7/96 I did light industrial assembly for Tempway in Smyrna, Georgia.
4/91-9/95 I owned and operated my own retail business in Grass Valley,
California.
Education:
B.A. in German Language and Literature from Cal State Fullerton.
Post-graduate units in Education from Cal Poly Pomona.
