Personal statement:
I'm not afraid of a little hard work or extra hours, and I love a
challenge. Computer-aided architectural design has been my passion since
1985. I have also written hundreds of AutoLisp routines to streamline the
drafting process. I believe that the future of building design is going
Green; that is why I have set my sights on learning everything I can to
reach that goal. I believe that buildings must be safe and people oriented,
but also earth friendly. We must conserve our resources; make our homes and
other buildings energy efficient; we must stop polluting our water, air and
soil; but we must do this all as affordably as possible.

behavior; after a reprimand he needs to be assured that he is still a
valuable member of the team
