. Project Manager for Documentum Disaster Recovery initiative. Plan

and coordinated with various Windows Engineer, Oracle DBA, Storage

team, EMC, and others stake holders in a successfully roll out.

. Technical engineer for ISI/eCTD application expansion to the Japan

. Successfully implemented the following:

1. Global Documentum Management System into 60 servers in

U.S., 1 each Branch Office Caching Services (BOCS) located

in UK and Japan. Servers included Rendition, Full-text

Index Server, FirstDoc, Content Servers, Watermarks, ISI

Web/Agent Servers and InputAccel. Challenges include

testing in development stage, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

and Production for validation. Other challenges include

initial setup with various environments, time zone and

multiple users.

2. Dual Documentum Content Servers for redundancy. First

company implementation for global failsafe preventive

measure. Challenges include configurations to support load

balancing for global repository and access. Essentially

this redundancy will enable each server to redirect traffic

to eliminate potential downtime.

3. Web-based Policies and Procedures in Documentum. First

company implementation for company-wide access.

4. CoreDossier Application. Company first publishing software

to use for Investigational New Drug Application (IND) and

New Drug Application (NDA) filing to the Federal Drug

Administration. This eliminated company- wide paper filing

and dramatically reduced time to file with the FDA.

. Management accepted recommendation to convert 74 physical

servers into 12 VMware servers for CoreDossier, Documentum,

eCTDXPress, FirstDoc and InputAccel applications.

. Created the "Installation Qualification and Operation

Qualification (IQOQ) procedures" for company- wide usage for all

validated and non-validated environments.

. Perform semi yearly Documentum Backup/Recovery testing for data

integrity to ensure all files are current and zero data loss.

. Manage and responsible for all upgrades to 24 Documentum

Repositories 5.2.5 SP1 to 5.3 SP1 to adhere with EMC Documentum

end of support date.
