A full-service employment defense firm. Responsible for caseload

management, consulting with clients regarding their cases, developing case

strategies, preparing case-related documents, coordinating trial

proceedings, and client relations. Works on litigation of a broad range of

employment cases, and provides advice and counsel to employers throughout

California. Also makes strategic decisions designed to improve employment

relationships between employers and their employees. Advises and counsels

both large and small employers on various disciplinary issues and

strategies, California wage and hour laws, and reasonable

accommodation/interactive process analysis. Also provides counsel in

and hour claims and the resolution of a company-wide audit of split-shift

violations with only a nominal penalty.

dismissal of claims and no further inquiry by government agencies

Lectured to large groups of employers on various employment law topics,

including reasonable accommodation and overtime exemption analysis, at

multiple conferences
