procurement of necessary assets for program success. Created numerous new

accounts with government and industry clients for communication, shelters,

and various equipment. Provided input for the refinement of the company's

vision and strategy for Communication systems and associated assets.

Developed business plans for Department of Defense (DOD) and corporate

customers. Liaison with company executives and department heads concerning

the development and implementation of the company's short, medium, and long

USMC Communication Information System Chief

Managed Command and Control Communications and Computer (C4)

systems and personnel to provide reliable communications for commands in

Planned, designed, and directed the development and implementation of

communication networks and architectures which include all means of

communications. Responsible for management, assignment, and training of

communications personnel assigned to the operational command of II MEF.

Served in Joint Forces Command as the Joint C4ISR Battle Command's Senior

Enlisted Advisor, and training and simulation lead on numerous projects.

Performed equipment acquisitions and procurement. Managed G-6 budgets at

both Division and MEF level. Performed and evaluated communication

reliability studies. Developed and implemented the procurement of

Information Technology equipment and contracts. Developed and issued

Techniques, Policies, and Procedures (TPP) for employment of communication

personnel and equipment. Managed and controlled access to classified

material and spaces. Prepared and submitted annual budget for an account

in excess of 1 million dollars. Created, coordinated, and attended

conferences for the sharing of information on new communication

technologies, logistical matters, and system and software technologies.

Attended the annual Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association

conference. Attained the rank of Master Gunnery Sergeant (E-9). Honorably

retired 1 August 2008.
