COATING MANAGEMENT SERVICES 05/09-02/10

QC Coating Inspector-Level 1

Short term assignment in an ARMY military base located in Pueblo Colorado, responsible for the inspection of the

coating job on 22 carbon steel tanks interior and exterior. Responsible for all levels of quality control/quality

assurance. Monitored sandblasters, painters and other personnel on procedures and results of finish coating metal parts.

Inspect document and record all coating jobs according to customer’s specifications. Inspect every paint coating by

using different inspection equipment either wet film thickness gauges or dry digital thickness gauges. Work closely

with production and shipping and receiving department.

CORRPRO CO INC. 05/08 – 02/09

QC Coating Inspector-Level 1

Work as temporary basis in some military bases in San Diego, CA; work on aircraft carriers and another military

vehicles used by the marines and navy seals, responsible for all levels of quality assurance. Maintain, document and

record all coating jobs inspections according to project specifications. Inspected every coated confine space inside the

ship vessel by using different inspection equipment tools either wet film thickness gauges or dry film thickness digital

gauges. Work closely with production and shipping departments.
