. Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft

Excel, Microsoft Power Point, AutoCAD, and Mold flow Software,

Robot Programming.

. Knowledge of polymer structures/characteristics, tooling issues,

decorating and assembly techniques, and work cell layouts.

. Understanding in IMM system-operations, processing and

characteristics.

. Experience with APQP and PPAP development.

. Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science

and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques,

procedures, and equipment to the design and production of

various goods and services.

. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality

control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the

effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses,

repair, and maintenance.

. Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine

standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of

the finished product.

. Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel,

material, and utilities.

. Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and

. Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations

to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and

. Work with and advise cross functional teams on technical issues

relating to plastic molding processes, including molding,

assembly and materials.

. Operate plastic processing equipment, fixtures and automation to

produce sample product.

. Manage or leads problem solving efforts for cost reduction and

quality improvement.
