unincorporated areas of the county and all flood
control and drainage infrastructure throughout the
incorporated and unincorporated cities. Supervise
inspection of new infrastructure created by both
new land development and publicly funded capital
improvement projects. This includes roads, bridges,
drainage and related structures.
