I am writing you in hopes of attaining a job position with your
company. I have become aware that you have a position open and I am very
interested in joining your team. I am currently attending Davenport
University where I am working hard towards attaining an Associates Degree
in Computer Support Technology Bachelors Degree in Network Security. A
position with your company would be a great learning experience for me and
would help very much with my career goals.
I have been working towards these goals by working on friends and
families computers. I enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting problems and
have a knack for it. I have completed PC Maintenance and Management class
where I learned more about how the different hardware and software work
together. I have completed classes on using MS Server and classes on
implementing the infrastructure for a server. I have already completed
classes in networking, security, computer forensics, and wireless routing.
I have also finished my marketing, management, and public speaking classes.
Finally, I have taken classes on using Microsoft Word, Power point,
Access, and Excel.
As for me on a personal level, I am a courteous and polite person and
you will have a hard time finding someone who doesn't like me. I feel my
best attribute is that I am a quick learner. Every job I have had in life I
have done very well at. Many times I was the one my employer offered extra
hours to, as I was willing to put in the extra work to get a job done. If
given the opportunity I will be willing to do the same for you. I believe
in doing something right the first time and that it is best to be prepared
and set up to do a job correctly and efficiently. I also enjoy teaching
others. I play guitar and have always found it fun to show others how to
play that wanted to learn
