As a manager in MSS/BSS system in the Wireless Exchange Division, I oversaw all logistics relating to the
installation of wireless communication systems, including shipping, receiving, inventory control and
management. In this position, I was responsible for: Overseeing the installation of network servers, hardware
and software computer systems, as well as transmission cables and antenna; Directing and coordinating
activities concerned with planning, ordering, receiving, storing and distributing of all products; Assigning and
delegating responsibilities to subordinates; and Evaluating performance of department and staff and to
determine areas for continued improvement. Additionally, I prepared reports and budgets; screened and hired
employees; and participated in the Division’s overall planning and strategic decisions.
