Report to the President and company founder; responsible for all product fabrication in 4 area manufacturing plants.
• Managed the maintenance team, shipping and receiving, inventory storage, and all material processing (handling, plasma
cutting, machining, automated welding and heat treating).
• Responsible for all manufacturing equipment and new equipment acquisition.
• Directed the conversion of a former new-auto dealership into manufacturing plant #4 for engineering and estimating,
maintenance and machine shop, stainless steel fabrication, and lay-down yard for inventory storage. Reduced material
handling by 35%.
Progressive Foam Technologies, Beach City, Ohio – 2002 to 2008
Foam manufacturing company dedicated to the commercialization of innovative building products.

Report to the President and has total responsibility for all process equipment and the development of new processes for plants in
Ohio and Arkansas.
• Acted as Company General Contractor for two plant expansions of the Beach City Plant.
• Executed the addition of a second turnkey manufacturing plant including new process equipment in Arkansas.
• Serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team which manages all aspects of the business.
• Specified, purchased and supervised the installation of State-of-the-Art EPS expanding system and adjustable size block
mold system.
• Designed and worked with a German Company to build two 98 sq. ft. shape molding machines and developed quick

• Restructured manufacturing departments into multi-machine work cells. Introduced automated assembly that reduced
labor cost by 30%.
• Conceptualized and contracted new capital coating equipment which eliminated all toxic chemicals from bakeware
manufacturing process. Introduced high solids opaque coating.
• Implemented $18 million of capital process improvements over six –year period to improve quality and customer on-
