Within SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 EHP4, she provided custom ABAP
development for the LSO module. This included WorkFlow
development, BSP development, Badis, Enhancement spot
customization for the portal, defined Smart Forms for LSO
Correspondence, and gained thorough knowledge of Email
notifications from the UWL on the portal. She also
developed custom dataloads for transferring legacy data
to Appraisals, maintained Adobe forms, and maintained
ABAP ALV Grid reports.
As part of the Vanilla Sky upgrade to ECC 6.0 EHP6, she
developed Floor Plan Manager changes for ESS / MSS for
the portal, reviewed documentation for change requests,

As part of merging an U.S. acquisition within SAP payroll
on ECC 6.0, Sandra was primarily involved in custom
development of interfaces to external U.S. vendors. She
developed customer user exits for dynamic actions within
PA. She was involved in user and vendor interviews with
SEI and TALX for defining Business Requirement and
interface specifications. She developed a number of
custom payroll reports using ABAP OO, ALV grids and BDCs
for garnishments, reporting of periodic US taxes, SEI
extraction, TALX extraction, and extraction of payroll
financial information to interface with PeopleSoft
systems. She provided test scripts for Acceptance
testing, and warranty support after implementation.

As part of data load interfaces from Peoplesoft to SAP
ECC 6.0, Sandra tested Arinso euHReka system processes
for Brazil and Mexico infotypes. She developed custom
user exits for Brazil infotype uploads. Sandra modified
a custom program to transfer extract SAP batch jobs to
transfer to multiple environments. She modified the
batch job processes for Mexico payroll process and
generated batch jobs for Brazil payroll processes. She
was involved in multiple cycles of payroll integration
tests.
Shell Canada

Interface support on SAP 4.6c was required for Canada
payroll conversion from Peoplesoft to SAP. She modified
and unit tested a number of interface programs to extract
payroll data for creation of IDOCs to external servers.
She provided documentation of specifications on the
Livelink system.

For the Canada payroll conversion from Peoplesoft to SAP
ECC 6.0, Sandra tested data load processes of Arinso
euHReka system. She developed custom user exits for
Mexican infotype uploads. Sandra developed a number of
custom programs to assist in event driven payroll
processing and extraction of data for FICO data.
Scotiabank Sept.
2007 - Oct. 2007
Scotiabank required payroll conversion from their custom
COBOL processes to SAP ECC 6.0. Sandra was involved in
user interviews to define business requirements for
interfaces with Scotiabank's systems. Part of
investigation required testing of data load interfaces
using Arinso euHReka processes. Sandra also investigated
usage of Smartforms for pay slips and technical options
to produce PDF forms.
Intrawest
Apr. 2007 - June 2007
Intrawest required payroll conversion of Steamboat
acquisition to SAP 4.7 on MSSQL. Sandra created the
custom dataload program, by merging a number of EXCEL
spread sheets, for uploading via Data Transfer Toolbox.
She also created a number of CATT scripts to upload
Appraisals and Qualifications data. She also modified
SAP ZDTT (Data Transfer Toolbox transaction) to correct
IT006 foreign address BDC session.

Sandra provided remote support via Hoblink to Mammoet for
data conversion / migration for Canadian HR
implementation to the global landscape. She prepared
numerous LSMW scripts for data loads for various HR
infotypes. She also prepared cutover activities for data
conversion / migration
Colt Engineering

Colt Engineering needed a solution to merge multiple HR
systems into one central system. Sandra was involved in
the blue-printing process for defining this to SAP ECC
6.0 environment. She performed initial data cleansing
and merging of several MS Access databases and Excel
spreadsheets from several sources, requiring knowledge of
VB macros to load data via Data Transfer Toolbox 6.0.
She also configured, unit tested E-Recruiting 6.0 on a
separate instance environment, which also included
configuration of IDOC interfaces between ECC 6.0 and E-
recruiting 6.0. She developed customized BSP for E-
recruiting which required ABAP OO and BSP knowledge.
Some workflow knowledge was gained.

interfaces to external benefit vendors such as Mercer,
and ADP. She was involved in 4.6B to 4.7 upgrade. She
provided Archiving support as needed. She has a strong
understanding of the ABAP workbench tools including OO
programming techniques, ALV grids, HR macros, BDC and RFC
coding, maintaining custom dynpros and user exits.

Sandra's role included UNIX support for MIMI and LIMS
interfaces, and ensured CLM dataloads for SAP-IT. She
was involved in 2.2D to 3.1H upgrade as well as 4.6B
upgrade, along with several support pack upgrades. She
provided supplementary support to applications by
maintaining custom dynpros, resolving data integrity
issues through OSS note application and SAPNET problem
messages, tracing, debugging and developing ABAP programs
as needed in various module areas. She gained a strong
knowledge of PM along with general knowledge of the SD,
MM, PS, FI/CO modules. Part of her responsibilities
covered scheduling and monitoring production batch jobs.

As part of the transfer of chequing services from Sask.
to Alberta Credit Union required analyzing batch COBOL /
VSAM software to incorporate Sask. chequing and statement
services. She performed coding, design and development

COBOL II modules using TSO/ISPF as well as participated
in testing 3890 cheque sorting equipment and acceptance
testing.

Within the Amdahl 5870 MVS/XA OS/JES2 environment
performed the construction within SAP R/2 4.3C by
populating tables, defining and developing ABAP interface
programs using TSO/ISPF, documenting and executing unit
