Experience:
July 2010 – Present, Adecco, Dow Corning.
Owner representative Quality Assurance Inspector and Construction Manager for
the pipe integrity team at a Green Site. I manage the inspections of eight coating
contractors and two mechanical contractors. I also travel to vendor shops to
perform various inspections and audits on equipment, vessels, and piping being
constructed for the client.
I perform weekly progress updates, create scope of work packages, create
procedures, and implement and conduct quality training courses. I manage the
ordering of materials and have formed key relationships with distributors to
provide the lowest cost to the client. I review Red Line drawings and weld maps
for system turnover. Other day to day activities include SAT walk throughs,
review of turnover documents, and walking down of ISO’s and P&ID’s.
December 2009 – July 2010, Day & Zimmerman, Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant
While being employed with Day & Zimmerman, I gained experience in
Supervision, areas of inspection, commercial remodeling, reading commercial
blueprints, and managing to meet safety goals and schedule deadlines.
January 2009 – December 2009, Williams Plant Services, Browns Ferry Nuclear
Plant.
During my employment with Williams Plant Services, I was trained in the
application, inspection, and documentation of nuclear level one coatings. I
supervised new and existing coating projects to their completion and completed
required OSHA 10 safety training.
March 2005 – January2009, Fincher Painting.
During my employment with Fincher Painting I established myself as a leader and
a determined employee. I worked from the ground up starting out as a laborer
topping out as a Supervisor. My responsibilities included estimating, purchasing,
meeting client’s expectations, and maintaining quality while still hitting
production goals.
Personal: I can establish and maintain effective working relationships and I have
a strong commitment to build teamwork. I am proficient in Microsoft Excel,
Word, and PowerPoint.
