I am a senior at Dallas Baptist University majoring in health care
management. I have taken most of my core classes which would benefit me in
most medical administrative positions. I have been educated in Health Care
Ethics, Health Care Finance and Health Care Human Resource Management to
name a few. I have work accounting experience and office management
experience. With my combined education and work experience of 20 years I
feel I would be a valuable addition to your organization and would like to
gain additional concrete HR experience.
Work History:
ASSET InterTech, Inc.-(Accounting Admin/ Executive Assistant) - (July 2005
to present)
Responsible for paying all bills, invoices and employee expenses,
maintaining and updating vendor information and database, keeping records
and information properly filed. Maintaining financial reports on a bi-
monthly basis and ensuring payables balance each month, responsible for
payroll of foreign employees and executing domestic and foreign wires for
international employees and international vendors. Additional duties are
answering phones and providing support to the sales managers and
administrative support to CFO and President of the company.
MHI McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc. - (Project Coordinator/Executive Assistant)

Responsible for coordinating homebuilding process which entails scheduling
land surveys, lot stakes and plot plans, and submission of all legal
documents to the proper city/county departments for permits, obtaining slab
surveys and building requirements for multiple homes at a time. Working
along side Construction Project Managers of each subdivision assigned to me
and providing administrative office support to them. Additional duties were
answering customer calls in relation to warranty issues or homeowners
during the building process.

Responsible for all office related equipment, correspondence with vendors,
inventory control, purchasing and receiving, meeting coordination, travel
arrangements, issuing building security access, maintaining employee
information including birthdays and recognized achievements, organizing of
company parties and functions, maintaining monthly supply budget, monthly
inventory budget and new accounts, supervising administrative positions and
assisting upper level management with presentations and web conferencing as
well as special projects for sales and marketing.
Tom Green County Juvenile Detention Center- (Detention Officer) - (Aug.
1996 to May 1997)
Responsible for interviewing, screening and processing client intake data,
initiating new files on each individual and updating as needed, responsible
for accurate clerical records, communicating information regarding
juveniles to responsible parties, maintaining strict confidentiality of
records and maintaining a maximum security environment.
