Seeking a position with a company that will utilize my 30 years of experience in the security field.
QUALIFICATIONS
I am presently unemployed. I was working for CSA as a Force Protection Officer in Kuwait from Oct 2007 to Oct
2009.The last 9 months I was an FTO.I have 8yrs with the Army Reserve Military Police, during that time I performed
dispatch duty, communications NCOIC and patrol NCOIC. 1yr with the U.S Marine Corps Military Police, during that
time I performed duties at dispatch center and as patrol NCOIC. I spent 3.5 years in the Marine security forces. I was
the company manager for La Costa Security and Investigation Inc. I hired and supervised all employees’ approx 35- 40
personnel for four years .I also set up patrol routes the communication for the patrols and the standing posts. I consider
myself a fast learner and a hard worker. Throughout my career I have an excellent attendance record.
MILITARY BACKGROUND
1994 – 2005. California National Guard, 640th Military Intelligence Bn, Duties included Platoon leader for the
humid section, Bn range master, Bn small arms instructor. Deployed to Kosovo for 1 year, during that time I was the
HQ ACE NCOIC. Retired October 2005.
1985 – 1992. United States Marine Corps, Duties included 2 years Marine Security Forces, 5 years infantry platoon
leader, 1.5 years cross country prison chaser, 2 years Arms room NCOIC
1977 – 1985. United States Army Reserves, 402nd Military Police, Duties included NCOIC of Patrol.
1974 – 1977. United States Marine Corps. Duties included 1.5 years Marine Security Forces

2007 – 2009: CSA as a Force Protection Officer in Kuwait: Protected U.S Military bases, Had a secret security
clearance .Performing searches on vehicles and persons entering and leaving base looking for IEDs and contraband.
Performing vehicle patrols, checking different buildings for break-ins and vandalism. My last 9 months I was an FTO:
Trained new personnel on different post procedures and help to qualify them for different posts and trained them on
small arms qualification. End of contract
2003 – 2007: La Costa Security And Investigation Inc, Manager of company, Solicited Contracts, hired personnel,
supervised personnel from 35 – 45 persons, trained personnel on different security procedures for different posts,
trained personnel on continuing education per state requirements, trained persons for the state required guard card.

2002 – 2003: Deployed to Kosovo with Ca National Guard; I was NCOIC of the HQ TOC. I supervised up to 10
personnel. Also was the BN range NCOIC, and the BN small arms instructor. I also escorted the Col when he left the
base. End of deployment
2002 – 2002: Allied Security; I was a Flex Officer, I had a security clearance. I was trained on different sites. I worked
at different sites throughout the county. I left due to being deployed to Kosovo with the Ca National Guard.
2000 – 2002: Public Safety Patrol Officer; Pechanga Resort and Casino: Patrol the property and maintain a safe and
friendly atmosphere for the Guest and fellow employees. Responded to various types of calls from escorts off property
to physical altercations to medical assistance. Did not want to work with me on schedule for National Guard
1994 – 2000: Loomis Fargo & Company; ATM Technician, Branch Trainer, Responsible for the transporting of large
sums of money. Serviced various types of ATMs for various customers. Wrote and tested new procedures. Trained
fellow employees on new procedures. No chance for advancement left for better job
1994 – 2005: Military Intelligence Sergeant, California Army National Guard. Section Leader NCOIC. Perform
physical security inspections of other armories under the Brigades control, wrote reports and recommendations on
those armories. Retired Oct 2005
1993 – 1994: Armed Alarm Response Officer, Rancho Santa Fe Security Systems. Responded to alarms of business
and private residents. Wrote reports on findings Patrolled properties and assisted police and sheriff officers on alarms.
Left for better paying job
1992 – 1993: Security Officer, North County Fair Mall
Patrolled property and responded to various calls such as shoplifting, medicals, slip n falls, assaults and other different
types of calls. Assisted police officers while on property. Left for a better paying job
