experience as a lead construction supervisor with a background in carpentry. I am currently
enrolled at ITT-Tech pursuing a bachelors degree in construction management. My
experience includes site work, infrastructure, landscaping, multi story vertical construction
in wood and steel, residential, multi-family, commercial, tenant improvement, senior living
and high rise hotel. I am a hard working dedicated professional that is willing to do what it
takes to get the job done on time. I am safety minded carrying out weekly safety and trade
meetings, with weekly trade walk troughs on complicated jobs. Experience with staff,
hiring, discipline, firing, reviews, team leadership. I have completed many complex and

On time completion of the world class 15th level Orange Sky Restaurant. A 33,000 sq ft restaurant and lounge. With private
dining, private wine tasting and a piano bar. Exotic millwork tile and glass details throughout. Oversaw the build out of the 14th
level spa, Cultural center, Garden level restaurant, water features and elevator construction. A $400 million budget project
located on the Salt River Indian Reservation.

Taylor Morrison Homes TI
Completed Tenant Improvement for Taylor Morrison Homes show room and offices in the Salt River Pima Office Complexe
Pima Medical Pavilion, Lead Superintendent
Completed 2-190,000 sq ft commercial medical shell buildings with interior lobby and hallway build outs. also included
speculative medical office build outs. Buildings/offices were completed on time and on budget. With a $20 million
budget, located on the Salt River Pima Indian Reservation.
La Siena Senior Living. Lead Superintendent
Luxury senior living facility 235,000 sq ft, 190 apartment units, commercial clubhouse including pool, spa, locker rooms,
theater, library, chapel, work out facility, commercial kitchen and dining room. With a $32 million budget. Supervised, field
engineer, 4 superintendents, and 8 additional employees.

East Bay Village, Lead Superintendent
25 acre 31 building w/clubhouse and pool, multi-family condo project located on Walled Lake, in Walled Lake Mi. A
$50 million budget project. Many challenges where encountered from state regulatory depts. Such as MEDQ to the
city itself. Each unit had their own challenges, as they were sold as custom units in a production environment.
Landings at Cedar Creek, Lead Superintendent
13 acre development consisting of 25 building 150 units townhouse style apartments. Included a clubhouse and pool
for Brisben Development. A $13 million budget. This project was a fill site of 2’ over the entire area. Which was started
in November and went through April this posed many challenges as this job is located in Monroe Mich. Completed on
time and on Budget
Portsmouth Apartments in Novi Mi., Lead Superintendent
75 acre site that consisted of 31 buildings and 942 units. A $45 million budget project. While running Portsmouth I also
oversaw the completion of 90 units at The Springs Apartments the completion of a housing project and a clubhouse at
the Landings project.
