Cingular Wireless has recently developed a new CSI billing system to
support its clients to provide a quality customer service. Common Service
Interface (CSI) is a middleware based on collection of defined web services
which provides the ability for multiple clients to place various requests
for running credit for new accounts, account creation, service activation,
order equipments, upgrading customer's accounts and contracts etc. CSI
consists of both Public Interactions and Private Interactions. Public
Interactions are exposed to clients and are used to send requests into CSI.
To perform all these request-response transactions CSI uses Extensible
Markup Language (XML) and Web Services Definition Language (WSDL)
