conduit around metro Kansas City to house new fiber optics for regulation
traffic control information boards along major highways.
Pease Airforce Base: new squadron room and two new jet hangers for
repairs/fueling system extension.
Parkhighlands at Wilburton: 250,000 square feet, 19 wood-framed buildings,
250 units, p.t. slab and some slab on grade.
T.B. Watkins: three story multi-family residential renovation, total
interior demo; structural steel; masonry and redesign of 126 units.
Fort Devens, MA: took over two failing projects and achieved significant
profitability by initiating change orders, hiring subcontractors,
allocating two crews and devising creative solutions.
Kansas City International Airport: new construction of ground
transportation building.
State of Missouri Buildings and Grounds: new District #4 garage, 45,000
square feet, structural steel/masonry/concrete/overhead cranes.

Totem Lake Hotel Remodel: 390,000 square feet, 300 rooms, steel and wood
construction; complete removal of entire interior structure and new
structural interior designed to accommodate new hotel.
Doctors Park Methuen, MA: four story steel and masonry building, 168,000
square feet plus ambulance center and heliport (Design Built).
Hollyoke Mall: one million square feet, concrete battered walls to 44', pre-
cast concrete exterior panels attached to steel structure/three levels
average height; exposed concrete elevator car enclosure in rotunda; moved
60' deep landfill to create methane capture field for natural gas recovery
(fast track).
Rt 24 and 495 Interchange, Raynham/Bridgewater, MA: construction of 12
concrete and steel bridges, six box culverts and miles of roadway.
