The goal of the Exchange & Rental Convergence Platform is to rectify the

current web experience for RCI.com users by providing a rich search

experience enhanced by modern search technology. This project will create

a platform for packaging, pricing and distributing RCI accommodation

products and will improve the exposure of available Cash Rental and

Exchange inventory to the customers globally.

The Extreme Search program will redesign online searches for Cash and

Exchanges in such a way that Members will have the same level of confidence

when looking for inventory via RCI Online as they do when interacting with

a Vacation Guide. This will be done by creating a search that expose

available inventory to Members, and allow them to apply search filters to

find what they are looking for. Search filters will include geographic

parameters (based on actual location), timeframes, quality indicators, and

resort / unit attributes. In addition, this project will provide channel

consistency by implementing Extra Vacation, Last Call and Weeks Exchanges

for all regions.
