I feel that I’d be an ideal fit for the project manager position for a number of reasons. I’m

currently enjoying and excelling at being a project manager for a software company, but I have

tremendous ambition to advance myself in my career. In the time I’ve spent as a project manager,

I’ve learned to do more than just work with developers,” but to make them comfortable with me and

each other, and to help them feel motivated and willing to put as much effort towards getting the job

done as possible.

I know that transparency is the key to successful project implementation. The faster a team

member communicates changes with their team, the sooner those changes can be addressed and

adapted to. That means that my job is to encourage communication, by making sure that

specifications are clear, that impediments are removed, and that any issues that arise on an

emergency basis are handled quickly and effectively, with minimal effect on the company’s bottom

line.

I currently hold Scrum Master Certification from Scrum Alliance. In addition, I’ve earned an

associate’s degree in accounting and business administration, and a bachelor’s degree in English.

Also, my hobby – being a semi-professional photographer – has lead me to a great deal of experience

running a website, with which I’ve implemented sql databases, as well as html/php and javascript for

working with those databases.
