Licensed Mortgage Broker
December 2007 – December 2009
As a licensed broker, I met with borrowers to discuss their mortgage needs. After reviewing
credit and income, I would then find a lender program that would best fit their needs. I worked
with borrowers that wanted to purchase a new home as well with borrowers that simply wanted
to refinance to lower the payment.
Yale Mortgage - Miami, FL
Account Executive for Orange, Osceola, Lake and Seminole Counties
May 2004 – November 2007 (Out of Business)
As an account executive, I covered four counties in the Central Florida area. I would visit up to
fifteen mortgage brokerage businesses on a daily basis. On those visits I would educate the
mortgage brokers on how our hard equity loans were constructed. I had to meet a monthly sales
quota of one million dollars. In my three and a half years with Yale I exceeded my quota almost
every month. In my highest month I closed over 3 million dollars in loan amounts. In 2006 I
closed over 30 million dollars in loan amounts. In 2005 and 2006 I was the top sales producer in
the state of Florida with Yale Mortgage. Unfortunately the company went out of business in late
2007.
