Team Leader, Bulk Product Fill Line (2004-2007)
Directed a 26-member team to ensure efficient production of the company’s core product line of 2.5-gallon bulk water
bottles. Scheduled and assigned team members to specific production positions, effectively leveraging individual
strengths to drive optimal productivity. Developed solid, hands-on expertise in the mechanics of each machine on the line
in order to successfully troubleshoot performance issues. Collaborated with the product supervisor on conducting
employee performance evaluations.
Increased the output of hourly runs 40%, achieving a benchmark 1400 cases produced during each hour of this high-
speed line’s operation.
Continually monitored the performance of the production line to identify opportunities for building efficiencies and to
recognize and resolve mechanical issues at the first sign of trouble.
Maintained knowledge and expertise in running all components of this production line, stepping in to cover any
position in case of team member absences.
Team Leader, Kerns Juice Can Line (1995-2004)
Promoted to lead and motivate a 15-member production line team. Coordinated and scheduled crewmembers while
