Key Accomplishments:
Re-designed scan request form to allow for better processing of incoming

Created more efficient filing system for tax return extension forms. Forms
were originally archived by taxpayer's last name. Extension forms are now
archived by tax year and form number. This method decreases the amount of
time spent searching for a taxpayer's extension information.
Initiated weekly update emails to clients regarding status of tax returns
and other projects currently with the firm.

Key Accomplishments:
Successfully reduced the number of ticket discrepancies through precise
auditing and reporting. Cashiers were trained during site audits by
reviewing mistakes that were made during ticket processing.
Created user friendly reporting template that allowed for efficient
reporting. Pre-labeled sections provided areas for information to be
condensed into smaller, concise statements. Sections allowed for comments
by management regarding the performance of the auditor.
