Performed inventory counts on containers with hazardous waste in different storage sites, to
make sure counts were correct and to prepare paperwork for the containers to be shipped to
their destination.
Made sure there was no leakage from hazardous waste containers and that they were labeled
correctly.
Performed ergonomic studies on workstations to make sure the employees were comfortable
and no injures would be performed while performing their daily job task.
Made sure employees worked in a safe environment and made sure they followed the
government rules and regulations.
Used Common Access Card(CAC) to access the computer.. CAC will allow only the user of
that card to perform different task under their own identity.

Supervised approximately 106 employees with the help of three other supervisors.
Monitored productivity and errors daily on employees to make sure they were working in a
productive manner and getting the customers the correct merchandise (quality assurance)
they ordered.
Prepared and presented documents and reports every morning for manger and supervisor
meetings.
Prepared information to present to employees once a week for weekly meetings. Just to advise
employees on new information and to keep reminding them of the rules and regulations.
Communicated with other supervisors and managers, so that we could all be on one accord.

Documented, and filed all information on employees (call ins, days missed, injuries,
reprimands, and etc.) All information was kept confidential.
Performed detailed evaluations on employees monthly to let them know their weak and strong
areas. By the time their six month and yearly evaluations were due, they would be able to
have an outstanding evaluation. My goal was to teach, coach, and train, then evaluate their
progress with the company.
Completed safety inspections in a timely manner every week for the safety of the employees.
Made sure fire extinguisher dates hasn’t expired, no hazardous material was out of place,
machine equipment was safe for employees to use, and made sure safety equipment was
working properly( eye washes and etc.).
Effectively communicated with customers, to make sure quantity of order amounts were
correct on the pulling orders before pullers pulled the orders.
Made sure scanning machine was working properly for employees to scan in and out of
orders.
