Work Experience
PC Technician (August, 2010 – October 2010)
Contracted by Union Bank, WA
Worked in a team environment to remove all old Frontier Bank computer systems and
replace them with Union Bank computers. Replaced teller, non teller, and image capture
machines. Worked with both desktop and laptop computers. Installed software and other
peripherals to prepare for Union Bank switch over. Configured new printers, took
inventory, and re-imaged problematic computers. Worked with “next day support” to
help bank employees become comfortable with the new Union Bank protocols. Given
responsibility to service branches alone. Sent out alone to install laptop systems not
covered in the initial install. Efficiently reported solo progress with little supervision.
Crew eader for Census (April, 2010- July, 2010)
United States Government Census, Seattle, WA.
Supervised (16) enumerators and (2) crew leader assistants during field operations.
Located space for training, and notified new employees of training locations, dates, and
times. Conducted training sessions for (18) trainees. Implemented mandatory training by
using classroom instructions, practice interviews, and on-the-job guidance. Provided
instruction on enumeration procedures and familiarized trainees with reports and forms
used to collect data. Performed preparatory duties such as checking boundaries and
becoming familiar with the areas where employees would work. Assigned duty areas to
employees, observed employees in the field, and provided on-the-spot assistance and
supervision. Reviewed and certified daily payroll and progress reports and ensured that
work was completed within established time schedules. Advised supervisor of progress
and performance, and made recommendations for dismissal of those who could not or
would not perform required duties.
Network Technician (January 2009- March 2010)
KIRO TV Station, Seattle, WA
Installed the hardware end of a new network for the entire KIRO TV building. Designed
wire management devices and implemented them into the network. Trained and managed
new team members towards the end of the project. Ran cat6 and optic fiber throughout
the building, dropped cable down walls, and wired the cable into wall jacks and patch
panels.
Apprentice Carpenter (March 2008 – December 2008)
Blakely Construction Services, Seattle, WA
Worked on various home remodel jobs including building fences, decks, frame building,
sheet rocking, laying concrete, roofing, and plumbing. Gained knowledge and experience
with most power tools and accepted responsibility as it was offered. Able to receive
instructions and then finish task without supervision.
Cashier/ “B Tech” (June 2007 – September 2007)
Bartell Drugs, Seattle, WA
Quickly became proficient at cashiering and maintaining good customer service and
rapport.
Elevated to customer service associate and given wider array of responsibility before
being promoted to pharmacy customer service associate. Completed necessary HIPPA
certification to become a “B technician” in the pharmacy.

Worked part time during college to help offset cost. Passed all certifications for product
knowledge and maintained strong knowledge in sales of prepaid and postpaid phones.
Held highest dollars per hour sales ratio in the district for a quarter. Inventoried entire
store once every two months. Worked well within the team environment and accepted
responsibility as it was offered.
