. Responsible for management and oversight of in-housed and outsourced

processing of U.S. visa classes: TN-1, B-1, L-1A/B Individual and

Blanket, L-2, H-1B, H-4, EAD, Advanced Parole for a global company

consisting of over 95,000 people in North America, Europe, and the

Asia Pacific region

. Act as strategic partner to business units to educate, communicate and

inform as to the evolution of immigration in to current U.S. market,

including issues and challenges with various government agencies and

the creative solutions in line with government requirements and

. Manage direction of both Global and U.S. Teams consisting of two

onsite and 6 offshore practitioners which saved over $800,000 in 2009

by employing in-house processing of non-immigrant U.S. visas.

visas for North American based employees.
