begin my professional career upon graduation this spring from Robert Morris
University.
I say "professional" because I have worked steadily throughout college,
gaining valuable experience that equips me to present your firm with
advantages others may not offer. I have also helped numerous colleagues
with various troubleshooting problems from defragmentation of the computer
to installing RAM into a computer as well as fixing non functioning
equipment such as keyboards and mouses. I also have many years experience
working with and troubleshooting Windows XP as well as a couple of years
experience with Windows Vista. I have some networking knowledge and have
installed routers as well as provided troubleshooting for the routers such
as having connectivity problems.
While working in this demanding position, I achieved a 3.2 cumulative grade-
point average while obtaining a Masters Degree at Robert Morris University.
My MS/BS degree in Information Security and Assurance / Information Systems
provided me with a thorough foundation in principles that affect businesses
every day.
