Telephone Order Call Representative

Responsibilities included placing phone orders for customers, keeping my desk organized and

clean. I was also trained in the mail room, where I had to assemble customers mailed orders for

processing. Then trained in data entry, where I was taught to type in the mailed orders after they

were assembled in the mail room. I then began training as the T.O.C. trainer.

Photo Department Supervisor

I was required to train all new photo department employees along with my own re-certification

to operate and upkeep maintenance on the printer and developer. Responsible for ordering items

within the Photo department which consisted of film, batteries, cameras, printing and developing

film, photo albums, picture frames, alarm clocks, movie rentals and sales and appliances. Along

with these sections I was to stock, straighten and keep clean the wine and liquor. Worked on

Inventories, then began training as a Key Carrier.
