Effort was Primus-based (now ATG) and included client and Web self-service components.

The initial phase lasted 10 months, with go-live for four organizations in the US and South

Africa. Full-time responsibility for managing all aspects of effort, including financial control,

vendor management, leading IT Infrastructure Team, communications, and all

documentation. Implemented OutSights' Business Intelligence application, "VitalSigns."
