Thank you for this opportunity to apply for this position. As you will see

in my accompanying resume, I have over 15 years of positive experience as

an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. In the latter position, I

have managed as many as 30 incoming lines for multiple departments. In an

administrative capacity, I have over 10 years of experience using Microsoft

applications, including familiarity with the entire Office suite and

programming Access templates. A specialty of mine has been developing Excel

spreadsheets in order to streamline their efficiency. I also have

experience with Patient Check in and Check out, Collecting Co-Pays, and

Scheduling future appointments using Kareo Medical Billing Software.

Over the last 4 years I have had Property Management experience with our

Florida Properties, From writing ad copy to get choice rentals, Getting the

right rental price, Checking referrals, Along with Property preparation for

move in and after move out.

I also have experience in billing and payroll processing functions, along

with other Human Resource applications based on PeopleSoft and Bullhorn

programs. In my previous position, I mastered Survey Monkey for various

marketing applications.
