Operating Systems

Some of the Operating Systems I have either been trained for

employment, worked with or have personal knowledge of are

Windows 98/2000/NT/XP/Vista/7, I have used Linux/Unix OS

throughout my bachelors for scripting and for a troubleshooting

procedures. While working as an iPhone advisor, I have obtained

knowledge of using and troubleshooting a Mac Snow Leopard OSX,

iPhone OS, and iOS4.

Languages

While taking some courses at the Community College and at the

University I have been introduced to a couple of programming

languages such as C++, HTML, Java, Python, PHP, MySQL. We were

taught the basics but if I were to use it in the workforce, I

would study the programming language for awhile, I would be able

to use the language to the best of my abilities towards the job

or project.

Software

As working for the Community College, I have been given the

opportunity to be trained and helped assist customers with

different software applications such as Microsoft Office, Lotus

Notes, WordPerfect Suites, Adobe Dreamweaver, Norton Ghost and

Symantec Utilities, Deep Freeze, various antivirus programs,

Novell Groupwise/Webaccess for organizing work orders.
