BUILT COMPETENT TEAMS SUPPORTING ENTERPRISE WIDE ROLLOUTS/MAINTENANCE
SUPPORT FOR:
. SalesForce.com, building features, analyzing and manipulating data flows,
using Apex, s-controls and Adobe Flex meeting changing business needs.
Integrating in an interactive "opportunity grid" to record CA products as
opportunities to sell/up-sell and update SFDC, an interactive "commit
application" that rolls up sales from selected branches within a
hierarchal structure, and more.
. Microsoft Sharepoint, building custom templates and new features using
the SharePoint object model, web services, web parts and enterprise
content using .Net and the SharePoint user interface. Created
interactive organizational charts, data grids, solutions finder with
slider controls fading in images on a solution diagram, commission
analysis with interactive business charts and graphs and dashboard
controls using Adobe Flex, meeting all business needs.
. Coveo Enterprise Search, providing Google-like capabilities within the
enterprise including customizations for all internal departments at
CA, often replacing inherent applications' search engine with Coveo
and offering interactive search capabilities to CA Support websites,
Support Connect, SharePoint and others, for quick access to
information..

later called Solution Builder. Reviewed vendor RFPs, participated in
vendor selection process for a $1.5M contract for a J2EE (MVC, Java
Servlet, JSP) application.
. Participated in the large implementation of Solution Builder: giving
technical direction to the winning vendor's professional services and
supervised a technical team of 6 to integrate the configurator with a
product ordering catalog and an SAP product price and availability
application.
. Transformed Solution Builder into a full featutred product catalog.
Proposed enhancements to restore business needs and catalog
functionality. Responsible for design, development and load testing of
software customizations, hardware upgrades, SAP data feeds, customized
Oracle PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures and data models. Provided
production support/maintenance.
. Presented Total Quality Improvement story for product catalog to upper
management on application and process improvements.
. Was presented the Customer Satisfaction Award, by the CIO for exceeding
customer expectations for software improvements implemented to Solution

Database Programmer, Graphical Information Systems Analyst, Network
Administrator 1994 - 1997
Performed roles as business analyst, developer and project manager.
Proposed and developed graphical information system applications for DOT
projects. Solutions developed for hand-held field computers (Telzon) with

Grumman Masters Fellow
1985 - 1987
Research Engineer, Gas Dynamics Lab, Corporate Research and Development
Center
Highlights include: Customized and debugged state of the art computational
fluid dynamics codes (typically 50,000 lines) to simulate rocket
characteristics for detection and tracking purposes and to perform internal
and external aerodynamic flow simulations. Code ran on the CRAY and UNIX
workstations. Created analytical FORTRAN and MATLAB programs to determine
the effect a true three dimensional multinozzle plume flow field has on its
optical signature as comparted to its single nozzle equivalent counterpart.
Presented a technical paper of findings. Wrote various modules of
interactive FORTRAN internal flow simulation code (engine inlet and nozzle
programs) for IBM mainframe computers, contracted by the U.S. Air Force.
