Responsible for the smooth management of the
Mountain Man and Native American sites at the
Heritage Center. This involved the
organization of the daily activities, the
coordination with the programming director
and directing volunteers. The Native
American site in particular became the
project that required the greatest amount of
work; revamped the look and the focus of that
site. Researched the history and worked with
the local tribe in order to maintain a
respectful tone and achieve historical
accuracy. Revised the look of the site and
installed several new structures.
Implemented and oversaw new presentations for
the Mountain Man site and worked heavily with
black powder firearms in interpretive
