The enclosed resume highlights my experience in communicating effectively

with the public including my most recent position with AT&T as a Directory

Operator. In that capacity, I assisted customers with escalated problems.

In earlier assignments as a Security Guard in secured facilities, I

exercised tact and diplomacy, as well as firmness when necessary, in

securing access to the buildings. My prior experience includes a position

as a Store Manager with responsibility for the profitability and overall

operation of the business including customer service, personnel, and

merchandising. Each of these positions requires a strong work ethic and

the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations at all

levels.

AT&T has consolidated its offices in northern California and I am now
