ePro is a Case installation application wherein all the information about

a client is been stored. It feeds in all client level information and

finally releases that information to the downstream applications such as

CDB and CED. This system is used by Implementation managers and Employer

service Consultants. Employer Services is responsible for installing and

administering employer benefit plans. It ensures that after a sale, an

account is set up and is ready on the agreed implementation date. This

process includes major activities such as entering and verifying client

with its member enrolment information, benefit plan information with its

applicable Rates and issuing ID Cards. This workflow and timing is

dictated by an implementation calendar

decided to replace VES by building the functionalities of VES to LYNX.

All applications interfaces with VES will now interface with LYNX

directly. The system is accessed by business groups within IOB to manage
