Overview of Qualifications
I have extensive management experience including sales, manufacturing, human resources and property. Each previously

The right position will benefit from my years of immersion in extremely varied positions, objective reasoning abilities and my
ability to perceive situations from an ownership perspective.
Experience
07/2007 – 06/2009 Berkshire Beach Club Deerfield Beach, Florida
Assistant Manager
This position included all aspects of daily operation of a small beachfront timeshare property. A typical day in the office
required attention to an extremely varied set of priorities and this mandated very effective use of time. Economical operation,
while maintaining a well cared for aging property, required a constantly evolving set of priorities.
10/2004 – 07/2007 The Atrium at Gainesville Gainesville, Florida
Property Manager
Responsibilities included all components of managing a 242 unit senior independent living facility. The areas of expertise
included marketing, staffing, community relations, total P+L responsibility, overseeing a full service in house kitchen with chef
and full staff, complete oversight of maintenance, including apartment turns and common area system preventative
maintenance. Time management was priority driven to accomplish all required duties each day. Resident retention and
profitability were the ultimate keys to success in this position.
04/2002 – 10/2004 CitiBank Jacksonville, Florida
Customer Service/Sales Specialist
This position was in a full service inbound call center environment with responsibilities including security, financial and
potential identity theft issues. Duties involved highly confidential issues and direct contact with financially at risk customers.
Sales of additional banking services were expected during the majority of customer contacts with strict time usage guidelines
applied to the daily call volume.
01/1995 – 04/2002 Lear Corporation Lordstown, Ohio
Team Leader / Production Supervisor
The production supervisor position included full production and quality accountability for a production team of 39 workers.
We were producing JIT automotive components for a very high volume GM plant. Production goals and quality standards
were extremely stringent and total compliance was strictly required. On time performance was the only option since we
worked under the potential for a $10,000.00 per minute fine from our customer if we did not meet their delivery schedule.
06/1975 – 12/1994 Seabek Products, Inc. Houston, Texas
General Manager
This position included all responsibilities involving the day to day operations of a small manufacturing company. The job
description included sales, staffing, manufacturing, contract negotiation, human resource issues and more. We produced
electro pneumatic devices which were sold to telecommunication companies nationwide. The orders we received had a very
time specific delivery schedule which we prided ourselves on meeting routinely. The advent of fiber optic telephone cable
eliminated the need for the product line.
