Summary of Qualifications

I graduated from Boise State University with a 3.59 GPA in 2002 for a

dual Production Operations Management and Computer Information Systems

B.A. degree from Boise State University, which involved focusing upon

managing quality production operations.

At Micron Technology, I was the first person to be allocated to the fab

metrology department, as my critical dimension studies became the standard

for subsequent metrology tools, such as the company's first scanning

electron microscope. I have had a great deal of experience in creating,

maintaining, and reacting to measurement data while at Micron. I was also

one of two people to receive certification in Micron's Deming Quality and

Reliability statistics program.

Over five years of experience in controlling the inventory for a local

replacement window and patio room provider. This position involved

managing inventory, cost accounting, customer relations, and I also used

a variety of shop tools on a frequent basis in order to aid product

installations and services.

Employment History

Champion Window, Boise, Idaho (September 2002 to November 2009)

Operations Assistant Manager and Siding Manager: Managed the materials

required for a construction-based, remodeling business after doing a series

of systematic and physical modifications, with related duties that included

managing inventory and the cost of goods. Forecasted the need for and

procurement of a wide variety of materials and tools, as well as developed

database applications and provided computer support. Implemented recycling

procedures that reduced costs and been involved in construction activities

when needed. Assisted in managing the installation of various products and

in the follow-up servicing of existing customers' products. Determined

sales commissions and kept cost of goods statistics. Also participated in

formulating some marketing strategies. Managed the compliance of the

store's safety and security procedures mandated by entities including

Champion Window, O.S.H.A., and the D.O.T. Wrote the submission used to win

SW Idaho's BBB Integrity Counts award for 2007. My position was eliminated

in late 2008 by corporate mandate, but I was then contracted to fulfill

demands that the Boise store needed done competently. I was hired back in

July 2009 and left in November 2009 because of the conflict of corporate

mandating that my employment be eliminated.

Some of my responsibilities during the 16 years in working at Micron

Technology included the following:

Developed and managed fabrication processes for memory and flat panel

display components, and analyzed work in progress for defects and

recommended process corrections.

I was one of two people who founded the Advanced Mask Development

Department. Assisted in writing technical papers concerning newly developed

photolithography technologies. Participated in analyzing and reporting on

processes for patent infringement cases. Analyzed photolithography

equipment for company purchases that initially totaled over $140 million.

Evaluated photolithography resists and aided in developing a supply from

some key suppliers. Developed processes in order to meet new design

specifications. Wrote initial operating specifications and trained

operators for new fabrication facilities.
