Develop and implement strategies and tactics to maximize and increase
Discover Financial Services transaction processing market share.
Accomplished via outlet and total solution acquisitions, activation,
problem resolution and retention. Possess expert knowledge of territory
accounts, competitive environment and business dynamics within a defined
territory. Took over the Chicago North downtown territory in 2001 and have
signed numerous large volume accounts, such as Broadway in Chicago,
bringing in millions of dollars to make our company goal. Currently
working with chambers,and I sit on the board for River North Association.
I negotiated and received a twenty five thousand check for River North and
will continue to have Discover Card grow in the Chicago area. Successfully

signed over 250 mid-tier merchants since January 1,2005, which is creating

Representative
Went through extensive training on MIR and TIR for merchant full service
area. Responsible for handling any type of a call from a merchant calling
in. Provided wonderful trouble shooting for all types of credit card
machines and did extensive training for these machines as well. Supported
wonderful customer service for our merchants with explanations of our
statements and handling all types of issues the merchants had. Assisted the
training department with all new hires in the Tir area of learning how to
trouble shoot our terminals and take incoming calls with excellent customer
satisfaction.
February 1990 to June1996 Card member Collections Scottsdale
AZ. Operations
Worked as a phone representative for level one,two and charge off
collections.
Senior Collections Specialist - Responsible for collecting on cardmembers
that are one hundred and twenty days deliquent and beyond. In this area we
not only were responsible for collecting on accounts, but to use our fast
data program to do extensive skip tracing to find non -paying card members.
Learned to network with other banks to help in assisting new information on
our cardmembers as well.
