Sonic ESB/ MQ

> Reproduced/Verified defects filed against ESB, MQ products.

> Developed new automated tests using java in eclispe with jdk 1.4 and

up. Clean up will be done simultaneously by taking out specific

testscases that have deferred defects associated with them.

> Updated the wiki page frequently as and when changes made in the

product defects, test cases to update the team with what I do.

Automated tests, covering product defects will be marked as such in

Clearcase. The tests will be run in the Regressiuon test suite. And

copy the results over test results area and produce html report and

notice the developers, team and QA manager with the daily results.

Sonic JCA

> Contributed to the QA effort of Sonic Products Sonic JCA Resource

adapters. Reproduced/verified/Closed defects manually and develop new

automated tests where appropriate using java lanugage for the defects

filed against Sonic products MQ, JCA, WebServices, SDM products.

Automated JCA adapter tests execution to non-interactive method which

reduces manual intervention and it saved good amount of time in our

team during regression and release of the product. After automating

the tests execution Pre-regression, regression test were executed

automatically and becomes easy to overview the test results and act

accordingly.

> Fully managed Sonic JCA weblogic, Websphere, JBOSS testing and Worked

with developers during the release to get the product shipped with

good quality and in timely manner. Automated some of the JCA samples.

> Used Clearcase to check in code and merging codes to the new branch.

Sonic MQ

> Completely automated Sonic MQ product license testing using java and

executed the tests using in-house tool MKS sandbox which was

maintained in korn shell scripts.

> Automated/developed MQ samples using java, created suites and executed

them using MKS sandbox tool to make sure the customer is not running

in to any issues and satisfied using the product features.

SDM - Sonic Deployment Management

> Automated Sonic Deployment Management tests using bourn shell

scripting to kick off the tests automatically in windows, Linux and

Solaris everyday, copy results over the test result area, produces

html report, and notices the team, developers, and QA Manager.
