SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
For 25 years have had first hand experience
with all aspects of aerosol grade Liquefied Petroleum Gas
handling: sampling, receiving, transfer, blending,
supply to 7 hi-speed aerosol production lines,
off-loading both tankwagons and railcars.
Balanced product schedule changes (sometimes changing hourly)
to achieve seamless gas propellant supply to aerosol
production lines while directing incoming deliveries
in order to maximize the increasingly limited tank space
for storage and blending concerns.
It would go without saying but: this was all accomplished
with utmost concern for safety conditions maintained
at all times.
In this position was required to communicate with all levels
of personnel: shop floor to upper management.
Was commended frequently for the interfacing accomplished
as a result of my actions and abilities.
Have had considerable comprehensive training
in relation to safety concerns of flammable,
explosive, combustible substances in both
military and civilian formats.
Computer proficient and actually had first hand experience
implementing computerized inventory control system
into our company.
EDUCATION / RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Had sole responsibility of running a 250,000 gallon
capacity Liquefied Petroleum Gas tank farm intermingled
with a 200,000 gallon capacity bulk liquid chemical
tank farm ( mostly SDA 40-200 ) for fast-paced,
high volume contract aerosol packager (400 employees)
For 15 of the 25 years, in addition to above was also
in charge of building maintenance for 2nd shift including:
water systems (incoming sterilization/filltration, distillation,
effluent ph balance ), boilers, compressors, chillers,
pumps, mixers, drives, piping. duties included:
troubleshooting, repair and fabrication as needed for
both process and facilities use.
Awarded several letters of commendation from contract
customers as to input supplied / work performed
that either provided better efficiency or direct cost savings.
Attended a multitude of courses and seminars in relation
to my job responsibilities including:
Bearings, hydraulic, pneumatic, HAZMAT,
