Principal Production Supervisor
Promoted in 2006 to Principal Production Supervisor responsible for commercial scale
polyurethane adhesive production.
Reduced adhesive scrap cost by $317K (-34.7%) in 2007 then $298K (-50.1%) in 2008
working with cost reduction and packaging Quality Improvement Teams.
Reduced extremely moisture-sensitive product package failures by 40% (2008 vs. 2003).
Worked directly with automotive industry customers and Quality Improvement Teams.
Lowered the reject rate by 56% (2008 vs. 2003). Applied Six-Sigma statistical analysis
skills to monthly adhesive product rolling reviews to rationalize specification ranges for 52

>100 product SKU's analyzing monthly/annual production volume, quality ratings, monthly

adhesive production.

Improved steel drum package supply and reduced customer product skinning complaints

Introduced a formal Root Cause, Corrective Action process for customer complaints.
