Schedule, coordinate and manage construction of new multi-family apartment complexes
from groundbreaking to Certificate of Occupancy, punch lists and project closeout. Implement
all General Condition requirements (including obtaining CalOSHA Project Permit and
maintaining SWPPP BMPs), write/log all RFIs, coordinate 3rd-Party inspections, redline final
construction drawings and document PCOs and OCOs. Provide bi-monthly progress reports
and updated schedules for Owners’ Meetings. Hold weekly Foreman’s Meetings to
address/rectify ongoing and foreseeable issues and enforce all safety regulations. Maintain
professional working relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, subs and building
inspectors through entire construction process. Proficient with Microsoft Project and Prolog
Project Management software. CPR/First Aid Certified.
